These flags are made with 200 denier nylon, which is both lightweight and exceptionally tough.  Since nylon flags are lightweight, they fly in gentle breezes and are recommended for flying in areas of America with low wind and year-round sun.

If you live in an area with high wind and extreme weather conditions, Allied Flag recommends flying a Polyester American Flag.
